I can’t find my samples! Where do i download them?
If you subscribed using a debit or credit card, log into your Rankin Audio account, go to ‘manage my subscription’ and then ‘download samples’. All your samples will be stored there incase you need to download them again at a later date.
If you subscribed with paypal, find the welcome email that you received when you signed up and contained within will be your download link. The same link will be active as long as your subscription is up to date and on the 1st of each month, the new packs will appear there. You may want to keep a note of the link, but it will be in each successful billing email you receive as well.
What do i do if i need to cancel my subscription?
